I booked the room for an individual who is homeless only to find out that she had been banned from staying there. When I tried to get a refund the person working registration threatened to call the police on me. So I was out 81$ for a room that was never stayed in.

Great location. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Best service I received on my road trip. Well lit parking lot and very clean. Customers all felt like fellow travellers no sketchy characters hanging about. Beds felt newer and were very comfortable.
